Computech IT Services has refreshed BusinessMan Software, its enterprise resource planning software which has customer relationship management capabilities. Version 2 of this business-management application takes along a bunch of new and augmented features for handling inventory and resources.
BusinessMan offers an easy to use, menu-driven interface targeted at providing quick access to its huge choice of features. Those features include quotations and invoicing modules, providers and stock modules, an entirely integrated email client, and a resource scheduler. Users can generate unlimited roles or work orders from sales orders and schedule them for resource management; time sheets, purchase orders, and other costs are recorded against the job and the client order to get correct costs for each sale.
The software also can include all-embracing security and verifying features which make all alterations and user actions entirely traceable. New version 2 of BusinessMan is a graphical drag-and-drop category-based stock inventory and products system that includes buyer and product discount groups. Estimates and orders can be built by pulling and dropping inventory items, helping make sure that all of the right elements are selected. BusinessMan has received reinforced resource scheduling with custom grouping for all resource scheduling or planning activities.
New money and sales Dashboards make allowances for a fast look at exceptional deliveries, quotations, sales to date, sales image figures, purchase order standing, and products waiting for dispatch. Sales and purchase ledgers have also been added to permit integration into popular accounting systems like Sage, or QuickBooks.
BusinessMan Firm is available for $794 for a single-user license. The programme runs on either Intel-based Macs using OS X 10.6 or PowerPC systems running OS X 10.5.7 or higher.
