BusinessMan ERP application for the iPhone

Computech IT Services Ltd., a software development company based in UK, has launched the next version of its BusinessMan enterprise application made for the Mac OSX platform. The software enables companies and organizations to manage different aspects involved in the business starting from the first prospective contact to invoicing.

The new version also web applications such as FileMakerGo for integrating it with the iPad and iPhone which makes it possible to use this ERP solution on the mobile phone. Although BusinessMan is an enterprise resource planning application, it also has a component for customer relationship management. Employees using this application are enabled to carry out sales, schedule meetings, monitor the stock and supply in the inventory and also generate quotations and invoices. This complete solution also has an email client integrated with it.

BusinessMan Version 2 also contains features like processing of purchase and sales orders, capacity to manage documents along with a module for human resource management. The interface of this software features a drag and drop system for products and inventory based on the categories. This system allows the creation of specialized discount groups according to products and customers. It is easier to create estimates as well as orders with the help of this system. The management of money spent to complete a particular job in order to get an accurate amount for each sale can also be done using the BusinessMan solution.

Additionally, new dashboards for sales and finances are also available which provide a fast and graphical picture of pending deliveries, quotes, sales that have taken place till date, sales graph, status of purchase orders and goods that are waiting to be shipped to the user. With a view to make accounting and sales management simple, purchase and sales ledgers are included which allows enterprises to integrate this solution in popular accounting software such as QuickBooks and Sage.
