Details on the price of the exchange weren't revealed.

According to Jeff Tognoni, Chairperson of Consona Corporation, the deal positions Consona to become a big supplier of enterprise-class, cloud-based business solutions, as well as supplies the company with an entry point into the distribution ERP market.

Computech IT Services updates BusinessMan Software

Computech IT Services has refreshed BusinessMan Software, its enterprise resource planning software which has customer relationship management capabilities. Version 2 of this business-management application takes along a bunch of new and augmented features for handling inventory and resources.

BusinessMan offers an easy to use, menu-driven interface targeted at providing quick access to its huge choice of features. Those features include quotations and invoicing modules, providers and stock modules, an entirely integrated email client, and a resource scheduler.
