Synaptris launched FewClix, an add-on for Lotus Notes

Synaptris, a frontrunner in the Lotus Notes information management market, has made public the general availability of FewClix, an e-mail productivity add-on for Lotus Notes that helps users perform many e-mail jobs quicker and better, for enterprise deployment.

Having been in private beta since October 2009, FewClix profited from the input of a powerful user base and is now prepared for public consumption. It has caught the notice of some medium sized enterprises that need to improve the accessibility and potency of e-mail for their workers. Synaptris' CEO, Madan Kumar said that how FewClix empowers enterprise e-mail users to grab control of their e-mail with functionality that permits them improve their relationship with Lotus Notes.
If not organized and managed correctly, employees can spend good amount of time in their inboxes. FewClix can save users’ time with basic search and sorting tools engineered to keep recent and organized mails about meetings, documents and e-mail reply-chains. Using Smart Filters, users can prioritize e-mails linked with higher priority work tasks without being distracted by other lower mails. Users can neatly work inside their archives, sorting by date, receiver, sender and attachments, making it better to keep continuing and topical data accessible.
At first , the FewClix platform should be available to the two hundred and fifty million Lotus Notes users around the globe. It's not very often that the words Lotus Notes are heard. When talking about enterprise e-mail management, Microsoft Outlook and Exchange spring to the mind. Yet, back in 1989, when IBM's Lotus Notes 1.0 was launched, it was regarded as a new product as it mixed e-mail, encrypted messaging, export and import of other formats and the power to tailor the accessibility of any database to explicit users.
Lotus Notes developed over the next decade to be one of the key players in the e-mail software space, but was quickly usurped by Microsoft and the proven fact that its own interface didn't stay abreast of the times. But enterprises still use Lotus Notes and IBM has been working to secure cooperations with companies to develop add-ons to help to make it better.
Synaptris has been delivering flexible, straightforward reporting solutions and new generation products for the data management space for at least 10 years. Synaptris' FewClix is not just an inventive product engineered to make handling e-mail less complicated, it is also a method to make Lotus Notes more important in the enterprises.
