Softshare acquired by Liaison Technologies

Liaison Technologies, a leading provider of data management services and enterprise application integration solutions, announced about its acquisition of Softshare, another IT infrastructure company base in Santa Barbara which caters enterprise application integration services in both on-site and SaaS application models. This acquisition is expected to strengthen the EAI offerings of Liaison Technologies in the global markets.

Liaison was of the opinion that the acquisition has provided a strong foothold in the international arena. It has given Liaison an established and sophisticated reseller network consisting of channel partners that have expertise in the domains of selling and providing support for application integration solutions. Also, it has included turnkey software offerings in its range of existing enterprise products for the platforms based on public and private clouds.

The chief executive officer at Liaison Technologies, Bob Renner, said that this move has taken the company’s vision and strategy to acquire high value and product oriented companies that have a well positioned and technologically fine range of products which can enhance the core application integration services and data management solutions of Liaison to a further level.

He also said that Liaison has now taken over a company that has been developing innovative and successful application integration offerings for enterprises. He added that the deal will surely provide an array of stronger and more refined EAI solutions to the company’s enterprise clients for cloud based platforms as well as other integration models.
