Jitterbit, leader in providing powerful, flexible and easy-to-use application and data integration software, made an announcement about Jitterbit Connect for Salesforce. Jitterbit Connect is a wizard-based integration tool which is built in to Jitterbit Enterprise Edition allowing users to connect salesforce.com with other enterprise applications in a matter of minutes.
"Salesforce gives organizations the ability to track sales opportunities and customer service calls, but easily sharing this data between Salesforce and other enterprise applications is a challenge," said CEO and EVP of research for Ventana Research, Mark Smith. "To leverage the investment in renting applications from Salesforce, data should be seamlessly available to other applications and Jitterbit Enterprise's wizard-based, no-coding approach not only makes this possible, but makes it simple for businesses to be efficient in their operations."
Jitterbit Connect for Salesforce is immediately available in the latest version of the company's commercial software, Jitterbit Enterprise Edition. Designed by considering a non-technical audience, the wizard allows salesforce.com administrators and users to connect their CRM data with other on-premise and cloud systems. Jitterbit Connect for Salesforce supports bi-directional data integration through the Salesforce Web Services API, including both queries and upserts. The new UI offers point-and-click configuration, giving users the ability to transform, connect and transport data to and from salesforce.com without coding.
"At Jitterbit, our mission is to simplify complex integrations and allow the technical business analyst to complete these projects on their own," said CEO of Jitterbit, Sharam Sasson. "Jitterbit Connect for Salesforce takes the headache out of salesforce.com integration and gives users a quick and effective path for connecting their customer data with other enterprise systems."
