According to mobile tests conducted by a network optimization software vendor Strangeloop, it was concluded that web pages in Samsung's flagship Galaxy SIII loads 9 percent faster than that of Apple's new iPhone 5 over LTE wireless networks. The Galaxy SIII runs on Android operating system while iPhone 5 is powered by Apple's new iOS 6. The Strangeloop report was based on the tests conducted on six different devices in July and September 2012. The devices used in the tests were Samsung Galaxy S, Galaxy SIII, Galaxy Tab, Apple iPhone 4, iPhone 5 and iPad 2, and the test included keeping record of page loading times of over 200 e-commerce sites.
