CoSentry and Level 3 Communications sign an expanded agreement

Level 3 Communications, Inc, made an announcement that it an expanded agreement has been signed by the company with CoSentry, a company providing managed technical services and business continuity solutions, in order to facilitate CoSentry with wavelength and high-speed Internet protocol (HSIP) services which will provide broadband connectivity to enterprise customers of CoSentry in the Australia, Americas and Europe.

Having its headquarters in Omaha, Nebraska, CoSentry offers disaster recovery, data center and cloud solutions to enterprises, and has been working closely with Level 3 Communications for Internet protocol (IP) and Ethernet private line (EPL) services since the year 2007. According to the terms of this expanded agreement, Level 3 is going to provide two GB HSIP and 10 gigabit (GB) wavelengths to CoSentry.

Cullen also added that, "Our common solution service platform (CSSP) for cloud and software-as-a-service (SaaS)-based enterprises require reliable, efficient communications systems to optimize and protect their business architecture. Working with Level 3 has enabled us to meet this demand and provide our customers with a first-class experience."
